General management includes the daily workings of the practice, employees clock-in, answer phones, send referrals, pull records for providers, providers see patients and trade paperwork with front office and biller.
Administrative work is employees paid biweekly, payroll taxes being paid, bills being paid (billing company, accountant, medical supplies company, vaccine company, medical waste, housekeeper, clinic rent, internet, VOIP, medical software)... ordering vaccines, medical supplies, office supplies… tracking inventory.
